This oil-painted artwork explores the sometimes delicate, sometimes abrupt passage between two opposite states.

In a dark, stifling space, the silhouettes seem to be watching in silence, inviting you even to step out through a partially open door that lets a warm, enticing or unsettling light escape.  
 
This door symbolizes a reversal: where emptiness gives way to far too much, where numbness turns into uncontrollable trembling. 

Inspired by the phases of bipolarity, this canvas captures a precise moment: neither completely lost nor yet saved—just an in-between, the threshold.
