Classic-style silver-plated metal teapot from the late 19th century (estimated period between 1890 and 1913). It was made by the famous Parisian master silversmith Armand Frénais (active from 1877 to 1927), whose workshop was located on Boulevard Richard-Lenoir in Paris.

Features and markings under the base: 
- Silversmith's mark: Stamped « ARMAND FRENAIS ».
- Metal designation: Engraved « MÉTAL PARISIEN », a high-quality white tin-based base alloy used specifically by this silversmith for silverware.
- Aesthetic details: Bulbous body decorated with chased cartouches featuring floral and foliage motifs. The handle has its original insulating rings (made of porcelain or bone), allowing hot tea to be served without getting burned.
- Serial number: Engraved number visible underneath the piece.
- Condition: Authentic vintage piece with a lovely period patina. It shows natural oxidation marks (tarnishing of the silver), which can be cleaned with a suitable silver polish if you prefer a shiny appearance.
