Mini-BMX wheels are a variant of BMX wheels, characterised by a compact frame and thick, oversized wheels. Despite their smaller size, these wheels are designed to work like normal freestyle BMX wheels and are able to withstand significant impacts.

Just like with the larger BMX wheels, the frames of Mini-BMX wheels are made of Chromoly steel or Hi-Ten steel, giving them a durable and resilient structure. However, the handlebar is about the same size as on freestyle and race models. This special style ensures that Mini-BMX wheels draw attention in the skatepark.

How Mini-BMX differs from regular BMX:
The main difference is in the tyres. Mini-BMX tyres have a diameter of 10 inches, while typical freestyle tyres measure 20 inches. With this smaller diameter, the build height and centre of gravity are closer to the ground.

In addition, the tyre treads are designed to improve traction on unpaved paths and when jumping in the skatepark. Due to their large wheels, most Mini-BMX bikes are not equipped with brakes. These wheels have a brake :)
