This set includes 4 Opinel N°112 paring knives (also known as Couteaux d’Office), ideal for cutting, peeling and preparing fruit and vegetables in the kitchen. 

Main features

Blade: Made of 10 cm martensitic stainless steel, highly resistant to corrosion and easy to resharpen.

Handle: Dyed hornbeam wood, lightweight and shaped to provide a comfortable grip.

Colours: This second set features the “Primary Colours” variant (or standard Primavera) of the Opinel N°112 knives, differing from the first by using dark blue instead of violet/plum, while retaining the same yellow, red and green.

Production: Made entirely in France, in the Savoie region.
