First public edition of the lounge designed in 1971 for the private apartments of Claude and Georges Pompidou at the Elysée Palace. Pumpkin is characteristic of Pierre Paulin’s revolutionary style, which he began as early as the late 1950s. In terms of form, Pumpkin evokes a giant pumpkin that offers its user a protective and voluptuous shell.

A low, generous volume, quilting in sections reminiscent of a pumpkin, lines without angles, entirely organic, a firm seat that is nevertheless very comfortable thanks to high-density foams.

A single-colour model in coloured wool fabric, available in two variations: raspberry and orange. The base and band in polyether foam rest on a thermoformed ABS base.

They fit perfectly with the spirit of Pumpkin.
