Beautiful vintage skirt made from 100% cotton, probably from the late 90s / early 2000s.
The skirt has a high waist and a wide, overlapping waistband that opens and closes with a functional metal button. This creates a subtle wrap-style look in the waistband (the skirt itself is not a wrap skirt).

The skirt is cut in an A-line, falls around the knee, and is made from firm, lightly textured cotton fabric.
A side pocket and the distinctive waistband details give it the typical 90s/Y2K look.
