Tatsächlich ... Liebe is a romantic film by Richard Curtis starring Hugh Grant and Colin Firth.

In the ensemble dramedy Love Actually, among others, Liam Neeson, Hugh Grant and Emma Thompson deal with various romantic troubles shortly before Christmas.



The British Prime Minister (Hugh Grant) falls in love with his housekeeper (Martine McCutcheon), while his sister (Emma Thompson) is betrayed by her husband (Alan Rickman) with his secretary (Heike Makatsch). A manager (Gregor Fisher) tries to help a washed-up singer (Bill Nighy) achieve a hit; meanwhile a writer (Colin Firth) falls in love with a Portuguese housemaid (Lúcia Moniz), who does not, however, understand his language.

The single father (Liam Neeson) mourns his deceased wife, while his stepson (Thomas Brodie-Sangster) learns to play the drums for the girl he fancies. The newly married bride (Keira Knightley) is unaware that her husband's best man loves her wholeheartedly, and an employee (Laura Linney) is hopelessly in love with a colleague, but prefers to look after her sick brother.

Also, John (Martin Freeman) and Judy (Joanna Page) decide to meet outside their work as light doubles in a porn film, and a delivery boy (Kris Marshall) travels to the USA to conquer the world of women.
