This beautiful and absolutely unique slip dress with straps from the well-known Swiss sustainable fashion brand Rework is a true archive treasure: it is already at least 10 years old or older, but it is in a very good condition for its age.

As Rework already created exclusive one-of-a-kind pieces from selected vintage fabrics back then, this dress brings the absolutely authentic vibe of the late 1990s and early 2000s (Y2K). It is a genuine upcycling unique piece from the earlier Rework era that you can no longer buy anywhere today.

The dress stands out with its soft panne velvet in an elegant, deep wine red that shimmers beautifully in the light. An absolute eye-catcher in the unmistakable “Whimsigoth” and “Gothic Romance” style of the turn of the millennium is the asymmetrically shaped hem with its floral, slightly transparent rose appliqués made of lace.

It sits wonderfully figure-hugging in the iconic slip-dress cut. A material label is not present, which is typical for Rework due to the upcycling process; however, the fabric feels very comfortable and has a slight stretch content.
