The Harley Quinn™ licensed costume is officially licensed by DC™. The costume consists of a jacket with a top and shorts. The rest, like real leather gloves, I bought separately and include with the full outfit. Separately available are a leather studded collar, studded belt and capsule pistol (separate listings).

The Harley jacket is red and blue with gold accents that give the short varsity jacket a particularly classy look. Attached under the jacket is the short shirt with the curved inscription "Daddys Lil Monster", which of course refers to the Joker. Separately there is a black belt with gold studs (another listing). The Suicide Squad™ women's costume is completed by the hot hotpants in blue‑red sequin look.
