You automatically participate as soon as you submit the correct answer to the question in the listing or successfully complete the Side Quest.
The winner will be contacted within 3 days after the push notification for the respective Side Quest has been sent to users.
The winner will have 24 hours to respond and claim the prize. If no response is received within this period, a new winner will be selected at random.
Terms & Conditions
The giveaway is organized by Marko Switzerland AG (“marko”) and runs from 01.08.2026 to 31.08.2026. The prizes are those specified in the respective Side Quests. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. If the selected winner does not accept or claim the prize by 12:00 PM (noon) on the day following the notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected at random.
marko reserves the right, if fraud or abuse is suspected, to exclude individual marko users from the giveaway, to stop the giveaway or to reclaim the prize without giving reasons. In the event of exclusion or stoppage of the giveaway, there shall be no claim to payment or compensation. To the extent permitted by law, marko excludes all liability and responsibility in connection with this giveaway and the organization, as well as the redemption of the prizes. marko reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of participation at any time, with effect for new competition participants. The competition is open to persons aged 13 and over who are resident in Switzerland and Lichtenstein. Sweepstake agents and sweepstake clubs are excluded from participation in the giveaway. Employees of Marko Switzerland AG and partner companies involved in the prize draw are excluded from the prize draw. The use of robots or similar tools for data mining or the automated submission and transmission of data is not permitted. No correspondence will be entered into about the giveaway. The legal process is excluded. There is no enforceable claim to the payment of the winnings. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions. Swiss law is exclusively applicable.
