Yesterday after a cafe visit to Miro in Zurich, I bought these beans for homebrewing. I tried both with v60 and Mokapot

With v60 —> Mango, red berries more predominant with a hint of rum in the background and I loved it absolutely on ceramic v60 dripper 

With mokapot —> rounded fruits with sweetness and rum more predominant 

My fav version was mokapot with milk, it’s very vibrant cup!
