This is Kozuki Oden from One Piece, this figure is the most expensive and in best shape figure. I originally bought it for 100francs. THE BOX HAS BEEN OPENED, BUT THE PLASTIC AROUND THE FIGURE HAS NEVER BEEN REMOVED. As you can see in Picture 5 there is a small tear in the carton. The edges from the box are also a bit used.
